External Battery Pack

This system is a rugged self-contained battery backup that houses a 173 watt Li-Ion battery, protected by a .090” aluminum case. The enclosure is easily transported
and comprised of two separate compartments, one that holds the battery and the second houses the battery charger and circuitry.

The system is designed to either charge the battery when the external AC supply is present or operate independently to provide
power to various peripherals or integrated systems. Complete system includes battery, enclosure, power supply, charging circuitry and associated cables to operate the system. AC power supply will operate on 110/220VAC 50/60Hz.

Micro-Controller based power management board

This product is capable of controlling five different devices with varying input voltage requirements. The Micro-Controller board features flexible voltage settings, communication with I²C as well as SMBUS devices such as displays, battery gas gauges, battery chargers etc., monitoring for desired parameters and short circuit protection. MPI can also design a power board capable of accommodating more than five channels like this including programmable negative voltage channels.
AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies for RF amplifiers

MPI has successfully developed proto-type power supplies for 10 watts, 25 watts and 100 watts 6-46 GHz Solid State Power Amplifiers. MPI designed this power supply for customers who designs and develops these solid-state amplifiers in applications such as satellite communications, military radar, and broadband wireless communications. MPI is in process of developing additional supplies for the same customer to achieve input/output voltage monitoring, output current monitoring, temperature monitoring using isolated I²C interface with customers’ Micro-controller.
Server Power Supply
Server Power Supply
MPI has developed a universal power supply for servers' equipped with ATX motherboards, allowing them to operate in airborne and or land mobile environments. With this power supply, the server can operate on 85-264 VAC/47-440Hz and/or 28VDC. The power supply will have diagnostic features for operational ease. It utilizes state-of-the art components in which are tested for MIL-STD810E and certified by agencies such as UL, CSA, TÜV, BABT CE and VDE. This power supply is modular in design and has field replaceable modules as shown in picture here.
